Job Title: Human Resources and Business Analyst
Department: Administrative
Reports to: COO


 

Essential Duties - Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following:


- Recruiting, screening, interviewing and employee orientation 
- Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law 
- Manage company retirement plan 
- Prepare payroll budget 
- Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate 
- Review Company policy 
- Administer employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training 
- Arrange company events - birthdays, employee appreciation and anniversaries, etc. 
- Create job description and operational procedures 
- Analyze business domain and documents its business or processes or system and helps in guiding 
  businesses improving processes, products, services through data analysis 
- Any job assigned by Chief Operating Officer 




Standard Job Requirements: 

- Standard Job Requirements 
- Strong communication skills 
- Strong writing skill 
- Ability to read a variety of reports, correspondence, applications, records etc. 
- Great knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary 
- Requires the ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions. Must be adaptable to 
  performing under average levels of stress. 
- Must be able to work under pressure 
- Attention to details 



Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
